Your daily tasks will include

☁️ planning and conducting concept workshops to find innovative solutions and ideas by applying design thinking methods

☁️ collecting and defining requirements of users and customer by conducting interviews, focus groups, etc.

☁️ applying a user centered design approach by placing the user into the center of your activities

☁️ designing intuitive and consistent user interfaces

☁️ preparing and leading usability tests to make software solutions easier-to-use and increase the user experience

☁️ enabling a shared understanding by writing use cases and user stories

☁️ working closely together with project teams, product owners and customers

☁️ actively drive topics, which are important to bring the project to the next level

 
 The following will make you succeed in this role

⭐️ at least 5 years of experience as UX designer and have worked on several projects independently

⭐️ working user-oriented and questioning circumstances and requirements

⭐️ knowing your design tools and creating consistent user interfaces (we mainly use Figma)

⭐️ well-versed in UX (research, design, prototyping and evaluation) and can design for diverse device sizes and platforms (mobile, desktop, web, embedded interfaces)

⭐️ familiar with different component libraries and guidelines (such as material design)

⭐️ already applied usability methods like heuristic evaluation, personas, card sorting and usability tests in several projects and business sectors

⭐️ engaging the audience when presenting requirements, designs and results of usability tests

⭐️ confidence with customers and handling challenging conversations

⭐️ experience in coaching other team or project members and love to spread your knowledge

⭐️ excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
